In today's world, young minds are increasingly driven by a desire to make a positive impact. Starting a non-governmental organization (NGO) whilst still at college can be a transformative experience, allowing the young minds to channel their passion into meaningful change. Along with education, the Institution also strives to inculcate a sense of social responsibility among the students. To strengthen this objective further, the Institution has started an NGO to foster the spirit of social responsibility with non – profit motive.

Aim :

No More Tears is dedicated to addressing pressing social issues and improving the lives of marginalized communities. It caters to advocating for human rights, providing healthcare to underserved populations, or supporting education initiatives. The cause of Working for an NGO allows the youth to contribute to positive change.

Vision :

The vision is to ensure a student capacity building programme, equipping them to meet the challenges and to evolve into socially and environmentally responsible members of society. The college NGOs might focus on activities in areas involving health, education, advocacy of human rights and support of the poor.

Objectives :

The major objectives of the NGO are to :

  • Conduct Rural Camps.
  • To create awareness on Health related issues to women and children in rural areas.
  • To educate the community on issues of human rights and justice.
  • To create awareness on ill effects of consuming drugs.
  • Sensitize the community regarding educational challenges.
  • To create awareness on Government support programmes for marginalized people.

The Students as a part of college NGO take up social internships as it helps to portray their leadership skills and develop their ability to make a change in society. The student volunteers of the college have played a significant role in community development.
