01-10-2023 - NCC ACTIVITIES
The programme was organized by NCC Volunteers and Staff members on 01-10-2023 in College and Hostel Premises.
03-10-2023 - WORLD HABITAT DAY
On the eve of world habitat day a rally was organised by NCC unit. Principal, NCC officer and NCC cadets participated in the rally. Awareness was created about the Bio diversity among the public by the NCC cadets.
02-12-23 - INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF MILLETS SEMINARS-2023
International Year of Millets Seminars-2023 conducted by NCC unit with the help of department of home science. some samples millets were displayed by the NCC cadets. NCC cadets presented seminars regarding the health benefits of millets.
27-09-2023 - WORLD TOURISM DAY 2023 - 2K RUN
SPW Degree & PG College students participated in the 2k Run programme organised by Andhra Pradesh Tourism Department Corporation (Aptdc). On The Eve of World Tourism Day, 2k Run program starts to Tirupathi Bus Stand to Shilparamam. 50 number of NCC cadets participated.The programme was conducted on 27-9-2023 at 5 Am to 9 Am in Tirupati.
1. 30 cadets attended ZOO Park as Volunteers on 01-01-2023
2. 30 cadets participated Puneet sagar Abhiyan on 6-01-23 at Swarnamukhi river near Tirupati
3. 10 cadets attended CATC- 12 camp held at Kadapa from 18-01-23 to 25-01-23
4. 10 cadets participated Republic day celebrations at NCC Nagar on 26-01-23.
5. B’ and C’ classes conducted by the Megha mam and PL staff from 27-01-23 to 2-02-23 in S.P.W. Degree college.
6. 30 cadets participated Perur cheruvu cleaning on the eve of Puneet sagar Abiyan on 6-02-2023
7. 20 cadets attended B’ Exam at NCC nagar on 11th and 12th Feb 2023.
Sri Padmavathi Women’s Degree and PG College, Tirupati was established by the Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams in 1952 to serve the educational needs of women students of Tirupati and its surrounding areas. It started functioning from 2nd July 1952 as a second grade college under affiliation to Madras University.
