The aim of the committee is to look into the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. Students can reach out to this cell with their grievances. This could be with regard to the academic matters related to their study in the campus. It includes matters such as Assessment, Victimization, Attendance, Charging of fees, Conducting of Examinations etc., The committee will meet as and when required. The institution aims at solving the grievances of the students within stipulated time. The cell reviews all cases and acts accordingly as per the policy.
The objective of the Grievance Cell is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute. A Grievance Cell should be constituted for the redressal of the problems reported by the Students of the College.
Sri Padmavathi Women’s Degree and PG College, Tirupati was established by the Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams in 1952 to serve the educational needs of women students of Tirupati and its surrounding areas. It started functioning from 2nd July 1952 as a second grade college under affiliation to Madras University.
