Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment. Both the body and the mind are honed by it. Hence education should bring moral, ethical values of well being to learners and every educator and educational institution should strive hard to bring in the core human values in the process of learning.

The Discipline Committee is constituted for the maintenance of discipline in the college. The committee ensures that students obey rules and remain orderly and peaceful in the pursuant of objectives in the college community. The disciplinary committee maintains smooth and safe environment in the campus.

Vision

  • To inculcate discipline among students by creating a safe, secure and encouraging environment in our college.

Mission

  • To have an optimistic approach in imparting discipline among students.
  • To frame rules and regulations to maintain discipline in the college premises.
  • To encourage Good and Healthy Practices.

The committee mainly focuses on

  • Making the students aware about the disciplines, rules and instructions to follow.
  • Taking disciplinary action against any of the misbehaviour.

Objectives and Responsibilities of the Committee

  • To ensure quiet and peaceful academic atmosphere in the campus.
  • To avoid physical conflict among students.
  • To help implement the rules and regulations of the college regarding ID card, dress Code (Uniform), late arrival, misbehaviour, etc.
  • To prohibit cell phone usage by the students in the Campus.
  • To monitor the movement of the students in the college and prevent students loitering around in the corridor during the class hours.
  • To prevent the students leaving the college early without prior permission from the Head of the Department.
  • To maintain proper discipline in the college canteen and student waiting room.
  • To support the college anti-ragging committee in preventing ragging in the College.
