Sri Padmavathi Women's Degree & PG College is dedicated to the ideal of making better women of its students by imparting good instruction to achieve academic excellence, and good values to mould their character and personality. The college strives for Quenching the quest for qualitative and quantitative teaching-learning with the dynamic mediation of technology, Up gradation of student support mechanism and creating a learner-friendly environment, Locating the weak and strong areas of performance to plan a better policy structure, Initiation and institutionalization of best and innovative practices that help the college grow and become defining element of excellence, Access to the IT-based teaching-learning resources to combat with the challenges ahead and Technological advancement of the institution for the up gradation of academics and allied work. As educational institutions can no longer remain as ivory towers and as they are expected to serve the society and the country, this college tries to create in its students an awareness of their social duties and responsibilities and make them worthy citizens of our country.

Realising the need for an enlightened intelligentsia, the college endeavours to offer education even to those who lack the financial resources. Co-curricular activities are encouraged to ensure comprehensive development of the students and many extra -curricular activities are conducted to ensure their social involvement.
